  LDS702 Vacuum Pump Fluid Silicone Diffusion Pump Oil Diffusion Vacuum Pumps SPECIFICATIONS: LDS 702 diffusion pump fluid is a water white silicone designed for fast pumping of large volumes of gas or vapor in production operations. It can produce high vacuum in the range of 10-5 to 10-7 torr. LDS702 resists oxidation at high temperatures to allow immediate vacuum release without pump cooling. Also, it is temperature stable to insure system cleanliness and reduce maintenance.
