Forced-Feed Lubrication System - The TRIVAC B incorporates a unique lubrication system designed to provide clean, filtered oil to all internal bearings and wear surfaces, regardless of the pump operating pressure. Cleaner oil means reduced mai ntenance . and lower operating costs for you!

Convenient Port Mounting - Inlet and exhaust ports can be mounted in either a vertical or horizontal position Trouble-Free Filtering. CF Chemical Oil Filters are full-flow filtering devices designed to maximize the benefits of the TRIVAC B's unique forced-feed lubrication system, warding against degradation of the oil supply in heavy particulate-prod ucing processes and other harsh applications.

  • Corrosion Resistance - TRIVAC B Rotary Vane Pumps are totally free of copper-bearing alloys and other materials subject to corrosive attack. The oil casing, coupling housing, inlet port and exhaust port are made of aluminum. Seals and gaskets are solvent-resistant.


  • Low Noise and Vibration - An elastomeric coupling insert between the motor and module results in extremely quiet, smooth-running operation. Noise levels for TRIVAC B models range from 52 to 59 dB(A) . or about the level of an average room-size air conditioner.


  • Minimal Oil Loss - Oil loss is reduced because oil mist is separated from the exhaust gas before it leaves the pump.
