TRIVAC B pumps are well-suited for electron microscopy, mass spectrometry, research and chemical laboratories, freeze drying, distillation, degassing, plasma processes, CVD and vacuum furnaces, as wel as in pumping systems as backing pumps for Roots, diffusion, turbomolecular and cryopumps. |
